Returns & Exchanges

RETURNS POLICY
-There are NO returns or exchanges on FREE items.
-All merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase.
-Send your INVOICE with a NOTE stating what you would like to return or exchange for. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT ITEMS MAY BE OUT OF STOCK.
-ALL merchandise being returned or exchanged needs to be
MAILED TO:

-Credits from returns will not be valid at the Jenni Rivera Fashion. They will only be valid online only at JenniRiveraFashion.com

-Merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, or washed.

-Merchandise must have all tags attached and labels.

-FINAL SALE items may not be returned or exchanged.

-OUTLET items may not be returned or exchanged.

-LIMITED EDITION/ PRE-ORDER items are FINAL SALE.

-PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return or exchange.


RETURN PROCESSING TIME

If your package(s) arrives at our address within the 15 day timeline specified above, your refund (if approved) will be processed in the original form of payment within 5-10 business days. Once we receive your package it takes us 2-3 business days to reprocess an order. Your bank institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Jenni Rivera Fashion.

PRE-ORDERS

-Please allow 1 month for PRE-ORDERS to be shipped. PRE-ORDERS are only available for a limited amount of time.

- Sizes on PRE-ORDERS cannot be changed, exchanged or refunded.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

-We do not work weekends; therefore, weekend orders will not be processed until Monday.

-Allow 24-42 hours for orders to be processed.

*** During the Holiday Season Allow 2-5 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Shipping cut off is December 13th to give time to orders to arrive by December 24th.***

-Once shipping notification is sent, all shipping carriers can take an estimated 3-10 days. We cannot guarantee ETAs on packages once they are in transit.

-During Holidays we cannot guarantee packages will arrive on time. Please keep in mind the volume of orders increases during this season and there is a slight possibility that packages can get lost in transit.
